The 30-year-old was charged with manslaughter and yesterday she faced Blacktown Local Court.
She was barely able to stand - sitting hunched over in the dock - and requiring assistance to and from the cells.
Her solicitor Danny Eid submitted to the magistrate that the case was a "tragic and very unfortunate matter" and his client is "suffering greatly" at the loss of her baby.

Magistrate Sharon Holdsworth said she was prepared to release the accused on bail, on condition she surrender her passport, report to Blacktown police daily and deposit $10,000 cash surety to ensure her attendance at court.
